F-4300 CLAMP-ON ULTRASONIC FLOW METER/ THERMAL ENERGY MEASUREMENT SYSTEM  is the non-invasive approach to highly accurate hydronic flow measurement. Using an innovative design incorporating matched transducers and easy to use hardware, it is ideal for installations in existing systems when shutdowns are impractical. The F-4300 is designed for use with pipes ranging from ½” to 48”.

Ideal Solution for Retrofits and Baseline Monitoring

Clamp-on transducers allow for quick and easy installation with no system shutdown and no pressure drop. Each meter is provided with a built-in 128 megabyte data logger, making it an ideal solution for baseline monitoring.

Simple to Install and Commission

Every ONICON F-4300 is individually configured and programmed using customer specific application data. Complex field programming is not required.

Native BACnet and MODBUS Communications

Series Portable FP-4400

ONICON's Portable Clamp-on  Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a battery operated, back - lit flow meter specifically designed for use on a wide range of pipe sizes. The clamp on design does NOT require a shutdown of flow or penetration of the pipe in any way when installing and operating this meter. Instead, precision matched signal transducers are mounted on the pipe to accurately measure flow through the pipe wall. The FP-4400 is easily configured through the handheld backlit display and 5-button keypad interface. Enter a few parameters and the FP-4400 will display the correct transducer separation distance.

The FP-4400 ultrasonic flow meter is ideal for flow testing during test and balance. It is also useful for temporary flow monitoring in existing systems to establish baseline demand data.

Ideal, non-invasive tool for Temporary Flow Measurement

Clamp-on transducers allow for quick installation with no shutdown, no drilling and no pressure drop. Each meter is provided with a built-in 12 million point data logger making it possible to monitor flow over time.

Designed for Multiple Pipe Materials and Sizes

The FP-4400 is designed to work with many different pipe materials. A partial list of common pipe materials includes carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, PVC, HDPE and fiberglass. The meter will work with pipe sizes ranging from  ½” to 48” in diameter.

Simple to Set Up and Use

The FP-4400 is easily configured through the handheld backlit display and 5-button keypad interface. Just enter the pipe material and OD, wall thickness and fluid type. The FP-4400 will then display the correct transducer separation distance.

ONICON's F-4600 Inline Flow Meters are designed to accurately measure the flow of water and water glycol solutions in small pipes. Meters are available for ½” – 2½” diameter pipes. The no-moving-parts design operates over a wide flow range with excellent low flow performance.

The low cost design is provided with threaded process connections, a 4-20mA analog output and a scaled dry contact pulse output for totalization.

*Optional integral LCD display with BACnet MS/TP or MODBUS RTU is available. LCD display can be mounted up to 5 feet away from flow body for visibility.
